WooCommerce integration

Automate your WooCommerce store

Full two-way synchronization between Ecombooster and WooCommerce. Stop managing products directly in WordPress — do everything centrally.

Why Ecombooster?

WordPress isn't built for PIM

WooCommerce works as a store, but managing thousands of products directly in WordPress is slow and cumbersome.

Plugin conflicts

Import plugins, SEO plugins, stock plugins — everything should work together. Often it doesn't.

Manual supplier management

Supplier data imported manually via CSV. Faulty files, duplicates and lost data.

How Ecombooster helps

1

Full sync

Two-way sync of products, categories, images and stock. Ecombooster is your master — WooCommerce your store.

2

No plugins required

Direct API integration without extra plugins. More stable and easier to maintain.

3

Variants and attributes

Manage complex products with variants and attributes centrally, sync to WooCommerce automatically.

4

Orders back

Fetch orders from WooCommerce to Ecombooster for central order management.

5

Compare and push field by field

Platform Comparison shows the differences between Ecombooster and the store and lets you push them: descriptions, excerpts, product names, attributes, brand, EAN, backorder policy, dimensions and weight. If the store runs Rank Math, meta titles and meta descriptions are compared and pushed too — detected automatically, no setting required. Attachments such as PDF datasheets are included when a product is created, and ones already present are skipped so a repeat push creates no duplicates. With SEO filenames enabled, the readable filename is sent instead of a UUID. Fields WooCommerce has no equivalent for are no longer shown as pushable differences.

6

VAT calculated the way the store calculates it

Price pushes use the product's own VAT rate and the store's own setting for whether prices are quoted including or excluding VAT — read directly from the store rather than assumed, then remembered. If the setting cannot be determined, the push is refused with an explanation instead of guessing.

7

Status mirrored in the store

Products in holdback or phased-out state are correctly hidden in WooCommerce — sent as Draft, so withdrawn products never stay visible on the storefront. When a push is refused, the reason is given in your own language: every error message in Platform Comparison is translated, for each entity type and across all platforms.
