A review queue before publishing
Available now: changes arriving from outside — a supplier who rewrote a product text, swapped an image or changed an attribute — land in a review queue instead of going straight out. You see the old and new value side by side and approve or reject per field. What you don't approve never reaches the shop.
Field-level audit trail
Available now: every change to price, cost, stock and lifecycle is logged — who or which platform, when, which field, old and new value — linked back to the cause (e.g. a feed import or a push to the store). A "Change history" button right on the product page shows the full timeline. Searchable and filterable by user, product or period.
Mass-edit preview + rollback
Before a bulk change runs, you see exactly which products are affected and how. If something's wrong, a rollback step restores all affected fields to their previous values — without touching anything else.
Publish-ready before it goes out
Available now: every product is scored publish-ready against your own requirements — image, description, EAN, attributes — with a list of what is actually missing. A cost price that jumps more than you allow halts the price push for that product instead of silently repricing it, so a broken supplier feed never makes it into the shop.
The evidence in front of you as you fill in
The Attribute Workbench shows the whole basis for a decision in the same grid as the values: your own and the supplier's images, your own and the supplier's descriptions, the supplier's raw attribute rows, attached documents and related products. Every proposed value is labelled with the source that claimed it, so "12.5 A (BooSpa)" can be weighed against what another supplier says. The same material the AI reads is available to whoever fills in values by hand. Variants are grouped by family with the parent first, and a selection can cover the entire filter — not just the hundred rows on the current page.
Attribute values that do not drift apart
A duplicates panel shows which values across your catalogue are really the same thing — `0.006kg` and `0.006 kg`, `Blue` and `blue` — grouped by the kind of difference, with the number of products affected and a recommended target value. Pure formatting differences can be merged in one action; groups where the displayed text would genuinely change always require a manual decision. Values that look out of place are also marked red directly in the list — free text among measurements, or a unit the attribute does not declare — and can be corrected in place. Where the attribute already states its unit, the panel offers to drop it from the value so it does not render as "125 mm mm". The merge carries classifications, review decisions, supplier links and synonyms across rather than silently deleting them.
