The putaway sheet is grouped and sorted by inventory location — the order you actually walk the warehouse — with reservation notes so you can see what goes to the packing bench instead of the shelf. Stocktaking gets a count sheet carrying the system's expected quantity and a blank box for the counted figure, for exactly the shelves your filter is showing. Shelf labels print in bulk. Everything goes to the warehouse printer from a phone, tablet or desktop — with no print agent online it downloads as a PDF instead.
Stock value as of any date
Stock valuation can be set to any date — for year-end closing and audits. Choose whether stock is valued at today's purchase cost or at the cost recorded on the order line at stock-in; every row shows when its cost was recorded, and rows where the cost cannot be reliably determined are flagged and counted in the report header. Exports to PDF, Excel and CSV reproduce exactly what is on screen — same date, cost basis, filters and sort order.
